I had the most mind-blowing stay at this gem of a hotel! The warm welcome, breathtaking sea views, and well-appointed rooms blew me away. The homemade food at the Michelin starred restaurant was super delicious. The peaceful ambiance, fab room with AC, and indulgent breakfast by the pool made my stay jaw-droppingly amazing. The attentive staff and proximity to the sea and bar-side eateries added to the wow-factor. The beautiful little classic boutique hotel, friendly owner, and excellent evening dining were the icing on the cake. I can't wait to go back to this lovely little place and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing break.

I chose L'Escapade Hotel & Restaurant because of its proximity to the Plage de l'Anse de Mejean. I loved being able to enjoy my meal on the flowery terrace, surrounded by a relaxed atmosphere. The delicious regional cuisine made my dining experience even more enjoyable.
Noisy room under breakfast area.

We had a blast exploring the area and trying out some cool activities. We went scuba diving and it was like being in another world - so many colorful fish and coral! And let me tell you, the mountain biking and rock climbing were adrenaline-pumping, heart-pounding fun. We even did some ecotours to learn about the local flora and fauna. Plus, they had kayaking and boat tours right at the hotel. Talk about never being bored!
The only thing we wished for was a bit more of a party scene. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was great for relaxation and outdoor adventures, but as teenagers, we like to have a little more fun and meet new people our age.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay.
There were a couple of issues that affected our overall experience. the staff were overly pushy in trying to sell us ferry tickets to nearby islands, which became quite annoying.
